At Studs, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned if the tamper-evident seal has been broken.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unworn items in their original Studs pouches and box, ensuring the security seal is intact for all earring sets.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
